Our vision is to be the most transparent apparel company in the world in regards to our people, supply chain, & process. All of our products are grown, harvested, processed, manufactured & distributed here in California.
IT ALL BEGINS FROM THE EARTH
Our Supima™ cotton is locally grown & harvested in Central California. Every season, we meet with our local farms to find the highest quality & environmentally friendly cotton. High quality fabric starts from the source of the fiber. Our mission is to produce the highest quality products with the lowest environmental impact.
THE KNITTING HOUSE
After our Supima™ Cotton is harvested, the cotton is knitted into yarn & locally milled in Southern California. During this process, our cotton transforms from fiber into buttery soft fabric.
THE DYE HOUSE
The Dye Process is what brings our garments to life. Our core focus during this process is health, safety & sustainability. We have developed proprietary environmentally friendly dying processes to make buttery soft vibrant garments.
THE CUTTING HOUSE
After the yarn has been milled into fabric, our Cutting House located in Southern California cuts our patterns to our specifications.
HANDCRAFTED
The final step is assembling the garment. Attention to detail & quality is used to produce every Sewn West product.
